Aberdeen Angus

For our steaks, we use Aberdeen Angus meat, which is tender and juicy with a typical taste thanks to its marbling property. Angus cattle are also known for their high omega-3 content. We store and age our meat using DryAger technology.

Charcoal

Thanks to the state-of-the-art Mibrasa charcoal grill, we can maintain the highest level of grilling with respect to the purest and simplest culinary techniques of our ancestors. 

Special cuts

Our menu is supplemented with premium cuts of Wagyu, USDA Prime, and Wolowina meats. The offer of special meats is always limited and changes every day. 

Fish and seafood

The menu includes an offer of fresh fish and seafood, including oysters, which we import from selected suppliers focusing on high quality products.

WINE CELLAR

Our wine cellar contains quality wines from the traditional Old World regions of France and Italy, complemented by New World wines from Chile and Argentina. We also offer wines and champagnes in large magnum formats.
